Move window from a disconnected second screen
How many times have you disconnected a second screen and taken your laptop offsite, only to find out that the windows are opening on the other screen!
Try this:-

Hit 'Alt+Spacebar'. This activates the tools for that window. Then hit 'M' for move.
Use your arrow keys and you can move the window back to the screen.
Once you know the trick, it's easy.
The real trick? Just knowing the trick.

Inventor 2012 - Frame Generator problem
Reported lengths of frame members can be incorrect after a Frame Generator assembly has been edited using Inventor 2012. Autodesk are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, here is a workaround:-
Edit the offending frame member(s), go to the parameters dialog & alter the parameter G_L as show below.

Vault 2012 - Multi Issue Hotfix
Autodesk have released a hot fix (TS16673759) for Vault 2012. This primarily fixes migration issues, but other problems are corrected here as well. Be warned, this is a server fix, so ensure a reliable backup beforehand.
My opinion on this is "If you have no immediate requirement to move to Vault 2012, then wait until back patches to previous version of Autocad & Inventor are available".
